Q. I am in arrears with mortgage payments - can you still help me?
A. Yes, we usually can, as long as you have some equity in the property. We can usually help at all stages - the sooner you contact us the less stressful the situation will be. We are available to offer free advice at no charge.

Q. How much will it really cost?
A. As there are no estate agency fees and we pay upto £500 of your legal bills, there will be very little cost to you, if any. The traditional way of selling will also cost you months of mortgage payments before actually completing the sale. Our process has saved people £10,000’s in the past while offering a stress free sale.

Q. Will you offer market value for my property?
A. No. We offer a fast and smooth sale while offering financial solutions to issues you may have, this is reflected in any offer we make. We will usually offer 75%-90% of the market value depending on the state of the property. You will be under no obligation to accept our offer and we shall explain the basis of our assessment.

Q. Will my neighbors find out about my situation?
A. No. The sale will be totally confidential, we will not put up "For Sale" or "Sold" signs.

Q. My home is about to be repossessed. Can you help?
A. Yes. Contact us straight away and we should be able to help.

Q. How long does the sale take?
A. As quickly as you wish, or arranged to coincide with your next purchase, you just state the timescale required.

Q. Are there any types of property that you do not buy?
A. We buy all types of residential properties, vacant, tenanted and also land for redevelopment.

Q. Does it matter if the property is in poor condition?
A. We frequently buy properties which require updating and are in need of general refurbishment.

Q. How long does your offer stay open for?
A. Generally 6 months, however, we do reserve the right to review the offer should you wish to accept after a period of time as there may have been a market change. Clients often come back to us straight away or sometimes after six months to a year.

Q. When do I have to move out ?
A. There is no pressure from us for you to move, we fit in with you - synchronize a completion date if you buy another property - or a quick deal if you are in a hurry.

Q. Do I need a solicitor ?
A. Yes you will but don't forget, we will pay up to £500 towards solicitor's cost on completion.

Q. Do I need to undertake any refurbishment work before you will purchase my home?
A. No, this simply will not be necessary. We are able to source appropriate tradesmen to carry out any necessary refurbishment works after we have purchased the property from you.

Q. Which parts of the country do you cover?
A. Along with our team of investors, we buy property throughout England, Scotland & Wales.

Q. Do you buy investment properties?
A. Yes, We buy properties that you may have brought as investments.
